Homnya S.r.l. has been working for years with the aim to providing its customers with design services that best meet their requirements in terms of quality, timeliness, after-sales support, and professional relationships.

We aim to make the most of our internal management system by focusing on the following goals:

  • Continuously improving the quality of our products and services through ongoing checks during the execution of projects and effective communication management with customers;
  • Increasingly meeting customer requirements and expectations by monitoring customer satisfaction;
  • Staying constantly up to date on technological developments, industry regulations, and market trends;
  • Constantly improve the professionalism and competence of its staff and outsourcers through continuous training and dialogue;
  • Monitoring the regulatory, market, technological, and commercial context in which the company operates to maximize opportunities and reduce sector-related risks;
  • Leverage risk analysis methods to plan effective actions to limit risks and exploit opportunities;
  • Enhancing our quality management system with the aim of continually improving the company and all its processes.

Homnya S.r.l. has a set of mandatory documents (instructions, procedures) known and followed by all personnel in order to maintain and further develop the standards achieved in design over the years.

The context, risks, and opportunities we must or can address are periodically analyzed so that Homnya S.r.l. remains dynamic and able to adapt to changing conditions, the market, and the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
